Online & Digital Services
By purchasing online or digital services, you understand and agree that:
- All payments are final
- Online services are non-refundable once initiated
- Refunds are only issued if Be Loyal 101 fails to complete the agreed-upon service
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results, delayed or no responses from the individual being tested, platform outages, restrictions or bans, client-requested cancellations or changes, or failure to read or understand service details
Time-Based Services
For time-based services, you understand and agree that:
- Service time only counts during active business hours
- Any time outside of business hours is automatically paused
- Paused or unused time does not qualify for a refund
- Delays caused by third-party platforms do not qualify for refunds
In-Person Loyalty Test Services
For in-person loyalty test services, you understand and agree that:
- A deposit is required to secure scheduling, preparation, and time reservation
- Deposits cover planning, coordination, and blocked availability
- In-person services require advance preparation and cannot be refunded in full once scheduled
Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy
- If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled service, 50% of the deposit will be refunded and 50% is non-refundable to cover preparation costs
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, on the day of service, or fail to show, no refund will be issued
- If Be Loyal 101 cancels the service, the deposit will be refunded in full
Physical Merchandise (When Available)
When Be Loyal 101 begins offering physical merchandise, you understand and agree that:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns will not be accepted for used, worn, or damaged items, items returned outside the return window, or final sale or clearance items
Refunds, Exchanges & Damaged Items
For merchandise-related issues, you understand and agree that:
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
Additional Policy Terms
- Be Loyal 101 reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet policy requirements
- This policy may be updated at any time
- Continued purchases constitute acceptance of any changes
